Nikki D. Stout Owner of Spectrum Therapy Services, Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
I graduated from New York University, with my Occupational Therapy Masters degree. I have had over 25 year experience, and have had the opportunity to work in a wide range of settings, but by far my preferred setting is the Medicaid Waiver! I specialize in the area of individuals with developmental delay, intellectual and neurological disabilities. I specialize in sensory integration, durable medical equipment needs for physical disabilities, and modifications and adaptations to daily skills needed to support our clients in order to live life to their maximal potential! I have met the most amazing people through the Medicaid Waiver, I am very grateful for all the amazing case managers and families, who I have had the honor of supporting and providing services to!

Jessica BowersSpeech Language Pathologist
My journey to becoming a speech-language pathologist began right out of High School – I always had a fascination with language and decided to major in Linguistics in Undergrad. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Linguistics from the University of Southern Maine with a concentration in Speech Language Sciences in 2016, and then went on to complete my Master’s degree from the University of Virginia in Communication Sciences & Disorders in 2018. During my career, I have garnered experience in Early Intervention (birth to three years old), outpatient pediatrics, public school, and specialized private day schools. I have worked with individuals from ages 1-22 with a wide range of communication needs. In particular, I enjoy working with articulation & phonology, language disorders, and augmentative-alternative communication (AAC). Additionally, I really enjoy working with caregivers, teachers, and other staff/clinicians to implement a team-based approach to help the patient grow and meet their goals across contexts. I feel that being able to communicate authentically shapes our own self-identities and the way we experience the world, and as a result I feel strongly about approaching my work in a way that facilitates autonomy and self-advocacy.
